The way I figure it, GOTD will do it's own virus checks if it offers a program and each person is also responsible for their own download checks as well. There are a multitude of decent free ways of confirming a security something, whether an URL or program, shrugs, your pc your call friend. Regardless, always double check what is going on if you find something or a could be something, and never depend on one possible false positive from an AV like AVG. Might have a pup or not, or just some other internal conflicting problem. I would be more concerned with my computer security seeing that AVG result and check it out first before I posted so others could see. Go and look at the results I just posted and see for yourself.
, and I was not surprised at the results, all clean by a multitude of AV checks. With all that said, I was amused at your posting and decided to go to VirusTotal and input this URL you mentioned. I am not a big fan of AVG, where the free version of Bitdefender is much more gooder. Not sure why you depend on one AV to give you information with an URL, where there are much better ways of determining a web page on safety.
